2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that originally the petitioner is shown as accused No.2 and subsequently his name was deleted as accused No.2 and arrayed as List Witness No.3 in the charge sheet. 3.By recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is not an accused and arrayed as L.W3, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
