ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) The order dated 30.05.2025, passed by the first respondent, rejecting the request of the petitioner, is under challenge in this writ petition.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had applied for Ordinary Leave for her husband for the reason to renovate the house and the said was rejected on the ground that the convict prisoner has not completed the mandatory period of three years for being eligible to get the ordinary leave.
3. We find that the first respondent has rightly rejected the request of the petitioner and there is no interference is required. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew the representation after completion of three years period.
