ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition No. B imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2288 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court of NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
