Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, praying this Court to direct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere in civil dispute and pass such further or other order as this Court.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a prayer not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, complaint earlier lodged by the fifth respondent was closed by the third respondent. Therefore, the second complaint ought not to have been entertained by the fourth respondent.

3. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) submitted that based upon the Court order, the sale agreement was referred for forensic expert opinion and it has been found out that the document is a forged one. Therefore, in such circumstances, the second complaint lodged by the fifth respondent was entertained by the fourth respondent. 2/4

4. In such view of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks.

5. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
