Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S MANIMARAN.K.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10092 of 2022 on 05.07.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the petitioner is residing at Coimbatore and hence, it is very difficult for him to appear before the respondent police.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition already imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10092 of 2022 on 05.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Race Course Police Station, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
