This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to return the driving license of the petitioner bearing D.L.No.TN 45-19950005965 to him forthwith.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as license of the petitioner has already been returned to him, the relief sought for in this petition by the petitioner has become infructuous and therefore, the petitioner may be closed.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
