The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction from the respondent police submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the Commissioner of Police on 01.11.2023 which was treated as a petition enquiry in current paper and the same was closed on 06.12.2023. The petitioner again has lodged a similar complaint on 19.06.2024 and the same is pending for an enquiry.
