Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the respondents 5 to 8 for their misappropriation of public funds while implementing the scheme "Mahathma Gandhi National Rural Development Guarantee Scheme" and also the allotment of green houses in Alavayal Village and also in pursuance of the representation of the Alavayal Villagers dated 23.02.2017 which was received by the respondents on 27.02.2017.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action in respect of misappropriation of public funds while implementing "Mahathma Gandhi National Rural Development Guarantee Scheme" and also on the basis of allotment of green houses in Alavayal Village, Pudukottai District, in pursuance of the representation dated 23.02.2017, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.
2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the Writ Petition, notice need not be sent to the remaining respondents.
3.The main contention putforth on the side of the petitioner is that with regard to misappropriation of public funds by the respondents 5 to 8, a representation has been given on 23.02.2017 and the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed without costs and the third respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 23.02.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two months.
