ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and his property compromised in S.No.627 of an extent of 1.50 cents situated at Chinnamanoor Town, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District on the basis of his complaint dated 27.08.2020, 03.09.2020 and 07.09.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 27.08.2020 and the same is still pending.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 27.08.2020 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
