3.Arimuthu :Respondents Prayer: This Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in O.S.No.122 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Nagercoil and thereby not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.

2. According to the petitioner a civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent and in this regard a suit in O.S.No.122 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Nagercoil is pending. Now pending civil dispute, based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police is calling upon the petitioner to appear for enquiry and also harassing him. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that no petition is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the second respondent police has not harassed the petitioner nor intent to harass him.

4. Considering the fact that no complaint is pending against the petitioner, the second respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
