Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle. It was involved in a case arising under Tamilnadu Prohibition Act. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents informs the Court that confiscation order under Section 14 of the Act has already been passed.

3.It is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. With this liberty, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
