PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.19 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.12.2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 5 (l),5(n)r/w.6(1) of POCSO Act and sections 448,294(b),506(i) of IPC in crime No.19 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner on the pretext of love had committed penetrative sexual assault on the minor victim girl on several occasions and also threatened her with dire consequences , hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.11512 of 2023 the victim and thereafter he had physical relationship with her without her consent. Therefore the petitioner committed a very serious and heinous offence as against the minor victim girl, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
