ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition 5(i) imposed on the petitioner by way of order dated 15.05.2025, passed in Crl.MP.No.48 of 2025 on the file of the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition 5(i) imposed by the the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.MP.No.48 of 2025 dated 15.05.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, the other conditions shall remain unaltered.
