For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.130 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is facing charges under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.130 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.This is the second anticipatory bail application that has been filed by this petitioner. Along with his brother, he moved Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9844 of 2022 and that was partly allowed and insofar as this petitioner is concerned, the aforesaid petition was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner is having bad antecedents of involving in similar assault case in 2017. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that A2 has been complying with the conditions regularly and later that was also relaxed. The occurrence said to have taken place in the month of May, 2022 and now, the investigation might have been over by this time.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that the investigation has not been completed so far. 5.Because of the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner, the earlier application was dismissed finding that there was no https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.13800 of 2022 change of circumstances. The petitioner also involved in similar assault case.
