ORDER
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to allow the Civil Revision Petition at the time of admission ater 1/4
dispensing notice with the respondents, by directing the District Court, Srivilliputhur to number the suit filed by the petitioner vide O.S.SR.No.6636 of 2022 on 19.04.2023 as there is no dispute that both the petitioners are brothers and in the light of certificate dated 05.02.2023 issued by the Village Administrative Officer, indicating that the petitioner's father was earlier named Veerapandi and after conversion, had changed the name to Joseph and considering the fact that the patta was granted in favour of the petitioner's father with the above name. The District Court, Srivilliputhur shall number the case and set the law in motion.
2. The Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with the above observations. No costs. The Registry is directed to return the original copy of the plaint for a proper representation by the petitioner. 30.06.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Mrn 2/4
