3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 26.08.2021, the condition is modified to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every week at 10.30am until further orders.
