This petition is filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners in connection with the proceedings in D.V.C.No.54/2026 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court/Magisterial Level, Madurai.

2. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for. Accordingly, personal appearance of the petitioner Nos.2 to 5 in connection with the proceedings in D.V.C.No.54/2026 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court/Magisterial Level, Madurai is hereby dispensed for the present insofar as the Accused Nos.4 to 7/petitioner Nos.2 to 5 are concerned.
