: Respondents Prayer: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 3 herein to disburse the amount of deduction of income tax from the contract bills of the petitioner for the period from 2005 to 2016 along with revised Form-16A to the petitioner forthwith and pass such further orders.

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to disburse the amount of deduction of income tax from the contract bills of the petitioner for the period from 2005 to 2016 along with revised Form-16A to the petitioner forthwith.
2.Heard Mr.R.Ganesh Prabhu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is given to the 3rd respondent
to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.03.2017. It is further submitted that in similar facts, this court in W.P.No.19867 of 2015, dated 05.11.2015 issued a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the case of the petitioner therein. 4.Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has presented his representation in the grievance day, which was forwarded to the 3rd respondent and it is under consideration and if one more representation is given by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders. 5.
Considering the submissions made on either side, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent, enclosing this order copy and other necessary documents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. On such compliance by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, purely on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the necessary parties, if any, within a period of four weeks therefrom. No costs.
