To call for the records pertaining to the Judgment dated 03.11.2022 in Spl.S.C.No.18 of 2020 on the file of the Sessions Judge(Special Court of POCSO Act Cases) Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur and to set aside the same, by allowing this Criminal Appeal and may be pleased to acquit the Appellant/Accused from the charges framed against him.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.ERULAPPARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.17493 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.155 of 2023 dated 13.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

5. Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.17493 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.155 of 2023 dated 2/4

13.03.2024 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
