Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein not to take any steps to dispossess the petitioner from petitioner's shop comprised in Old Survey No.241, New Survey No.1494/83 measuring an extent of 0.03.5 cent of land more fully a shopping unit (having 133.75 sq. feet) situated at Tiruchendur Town, Thoothukudi District and except by due process of law by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2017.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to forbear the respondents from taking eviction proceedings in respect of Old Survey No.241, New https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Survey No.1494/83 measuring an extent of 0.03.5 cents of land, Tiruchendur Town, Thoothukudi District, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader has taken notice for the respondents 1 & 2. Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate has taken notice for the third respondent.

3.It is seen from the records that the first respondent has given a paper news with regard to removal of encroachments. 4.Since no specific notice has been issued to the petitioner, the relief sought in the Writ Petition cannot be granted.
