ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 6697 of 2026 dated 07.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till charge sheet filed by the respondent police.
