ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking protection from the harassment at the hands of the third respondent, who is said to be disturbing the functioning the petitioner's sports club namely "Dindigul District Sports Development Association". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the respondents have filed written objection and also made a statement that till date to the knowledge of the respondents, there is no Association by the name Dindigul District Sports Development Association functioning. He would further submit that the third respondent not at all could disturb its activities, inasmuch as there is no association in the said name.

4. In view of the above said statement made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(Writs) // True Copy // Sub Assistant Registrar(CS ) To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Dindigul District.
