PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, To call for the records in C.C.No.1115 of 2025 on the file of Distirct Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Radhapuram and quash the same against the petitioners and pass such further orders.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the Accused Nos.1 to 4 in C.C.No. 1115 of 2025 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram seeking to quash the charge sheet, wherein, the petitioners are alleged to have committed offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(2) of IPC.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein, the defacto complainant has agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

3. The defacto complainant is present in-person before this Court and he submits that he had agreed for quashing of charge sheet as against the petitioner. 2/4

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.1115 of 2025, on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Radhapuram is hereby quashed as against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4.
