The Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the impugned plaint in O.S.No.138 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side stated that the suit in O.S.No.138 of 2021 has already been disposed of by the trial Court on 20.03.2024 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
