: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the lands in Survey Nos.347/19B for an extent of 46 cents and 346/13 to an extent of 583 Sq.Mt. in Odaikulam Village, Keezhakidaram Post, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2016 after receiving necessary charges from the petitioner.

O R D E R
The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the lands in Survey No.347/19B to an extent of 46 cents and Survey No.346/13 to an extent of 583 Sq.Mt., in Odaikulam Village, Keezhakidaram Post, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, on the basis of his representation dated 05.12.2016, after receiving necessary charges from the petitioner.

According to the petitioner, he purchased the properties in Survey No.347/19B to an extent of 46 cents and Survey No.346/13 to an extent of 583 Sq.Mt. in Odaikulam Village, Keezhakidaram Post, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District from one Mohammed Siddiq https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and K.Pushpam on 27.04.2015 and 19.06.2006 respectively. Thereafter, he applied for survey of the land with the second respondent on 05.12.2016 and also paid necessary charges. Since survey was not carried out, the petitioner sent a representation to the second respondent on 05.12.2016. However, so far, no action was taken. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
3. Heard Mr.P.Banuprasath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Considering the facts of this case and the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing sufficient opportunity to the necessary parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of the representation dated 05.12.2016 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent forthwith.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
