This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to directing the respondents particularly the 3rd respondent to register the petitioners complaint submitted periodically as from 2018 vide CSR No. 417 of 2018 onwards to 2019 vide CSR No. 390 of 2019 and also 10.03.2022 by the Respondents 2 and 3 forthwith 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the CSR numbers mentioned by the learned counsel for the petitioner are not available. Further the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2022 is also not available. 2/5
4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint with regard to his grievance to the third rrespondent police and on receipt of the same, the third respondent police is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
