PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the Records pertaining to the Chargesheet in C.C.No.224 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District and quash the Proceedings against the Petitioners as illegal.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.224 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in C.C.No.224 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners in this petition become infructuous.
