This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the Respondents from shifting the Tasmac shop No.PDO 10071 to Door No.5/415, Plot No.82, Welcome City Layout, Vittilapuram Panchayat (Sivanthipatti Road), Srivaikuntam Taluk, Thoothukudi and operating the same in the above said location.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the above mentioned TASMAC Shop was closed. 3.Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No Costs.
