ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation from the third respondent office to any of the agency under the control of the first respondent herein by the supervision of the second respondent in Crime No.230 of 2021, on the file of the third respondent.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to money dispute the petitioner lodged a complaint against the accused person. But, till now no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, an FIR in Crime No.230 of 2021 had been registered. After investigation, the same was closed as mistake of fact and a 2/4

closure report was also sent to the petitioner, on 10.05.2022. 4.Recording the same, this criminal petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report, which has been served to her, in this regard.
