Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to dispose and pass suitable orders in the enquiry pending on his file No.3582/E1/2015, dated 19.11.2015 after affording sufficient opportunity to all the parties concerned in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to dispose and pass suitable orders in the enquiry pending on his file No.3582/E1/2015, dated 19.11.2015 after affording sufficient opportunity to all the parties concerned in accordance with law, within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The petitioner has filed application on 19.11.2015, before the respondent to cancel the Sale Deed. Pursuant to the above

application, the respondent also issued notice to the concerned parties for enquiry and the enquiry was posted on 07.12.2015 at 11.00 a.m. and all the parties appeared for the enquiry. However, no orders have been passed so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

5. In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
