ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 03.12.2023 for missing of her lorry bearing Reg.No.TN57 BH 3377. However, the respondent Police has not taken any action on her complaint dated 03.12.2023. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take action on her complaint dated 03.12.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has purchased the said lorry bearing Reg.No.TN57 BH 3377 on hire purchase basis and for non-payment of the loan amount, the agreement-holder has re-possessed the said vehicle. He further submits that the petitioner's complaint was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.107 of 2024 and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the 2/4

report to the petitioner. The petitioner shall workout her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
