This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent by conducting a details enquiry on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 09.04.2022.

2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint received from the petitioner by the second respondent now transferred to the file of Inspector of Police, Thuckalay Police Station on the point of jurisdiction. 4.In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Thuckalay Police Station is hereby directed consider the representation of petitioner dated 09.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
