ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.430 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has simultaneously filed the anticipatory bail applications before this Court and the Sessions Court, Pudukkottai.

The learned Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai has granted an anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 03.09.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.3285 of 2021.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
