This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose the appeal dated 28.01.2016 for the information detail of the 3rd respondent school teaching staff on the basis of petitioner's application dated 18.11.2015 forthwith.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The petitioner sought for information from the third respondent. But, the information has not been given to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 28.01.2016 and the appeal is pending before the first respondent for more than eight months. Hence, he made a representation to the first respondent, but no orders have been passed on it. Hence, the Writ Petition.
5. In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose the appeal dated 28.01.2016, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
