This writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2015 relating to the violation of terms of tender dated 28.06.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous and the petition may be closed, as the period of contract itself is over.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous, leaving it open to the authorities concerned to take action against persons in case of any irregularities committed by them. No costs.
