ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed complaining that the order, dated 20.12.2018 made in W.P.(MD)No.25067 of 2018 has not been complied with.
2. By order, dated 20.12.2018 made in W.P.(MD)No.25067 of 2018, the respondents were directed to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 30.11.2018 in terms of G.O.Ms.61, Transport (C1) Department, dated 30.04.2015.
3. After considering the representation of the petitioners, the respondents have sent a reply dated 31.07.2019, which states that recommendations have been made to the Government and decision would be taken on the basis of the instructions of the Government.
4. Leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge this communication, this contempt petition is closed.
