*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 15.03.2017 for the purpose of deleting the package system in the matter of awarding the contract.

2. There is no challenge to the Government Order, containing the terms and conditions of the contract, including the package

system. We, therefore, do not see any reason to grant the relief, as prayed for by the petitioner.
