ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 & R2.

2. The third respondent has applied to the first respondent for issuance of patta. The petitioner has certain objections. The first respondent will consider the petitioner's objection while passing an order on the third respondent's application for issuance of patta. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. With this direction to the first respondent, the writ petition is disposed of.
