Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders appointing the petitioner, to a suitable post, on compassionate ground for the death of K.Esakki, by considering the application, dated 15.04.2010 made by the petitioner to the first respondent through the second respondent and acknowledged by the first respondent in his O.M.No.3581A1/2010, dated 21.06.2010 and O.M.No.5246A1/2010, dated 03.09.2010, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
