[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the detenu by name Sowmiya D/o Rajapandiyan, aged about 18 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The detenu who appeared before the Court, informed that she has married the fourth respondent and she is not in illegal custody.

3.As the detenu is a major, we do not find any illegal detention. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed setting the detenu at liberty.
