The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to break open the seal affixed in the petitioner's physiotherapy clinic namely Muthalamman Clinic situated at D.No.196/2-374, M.S.Agraharam, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioners representation dated 15.09.2016.

2.Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if the direction be issued to the fourth respondent to consider his representation dated 15.09.2016.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the records.
5. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going to the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
