ORDER
This petition has been filed seekingto call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.271 of 2020 dated 01.11.2020 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal as far as the petitioner is concerned.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that in view of the policy decision taken by the Government, further action has been dropped by the first respondent police in Crime No.271 of 2020.
