This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.05.2022. 2 / 4
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has recevied the complaint given by the petitioner and C.S.R.No.218 of 2022 was given and the same is pending since the petitioner is not co-operte for enquiry. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to co-operate for enquiry and the third respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.05.2022 pending on the file of the 4th respondent and take suitable action on merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
