O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's sister's daughter, namely, Sai Renuka, aged about 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that his sister Geetha Latha died on 19.01.2020 while her husband died on 19.12.2018 itself and the detenue is their only daughter and hence, he was taking care of her. However, she was found missing from 04.11.2020. Hence, a complaint has been lodged to the respondents. Since no action was taken, the present petition has been filed.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue Sai Renuka appeared before this Court along one Aravinth through https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.1064 of 2020 video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, she has stated that the marriage between her and the said Aravinth was performed at Viruthachalam on 30.10.2020 and now, they are residing at Chennai.
