PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the 2nd respondent police to conduct a fair, proper and impartial enquiry into the petitioner's complaint dated 26.03.2026 to initiate appropriate criminal action in accordance with law, within a specific period stipulated. ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to conduct fair and impartial enquiry based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 26.03.2026.

2. According to the learned Counsel for State of TN(crl.side) appearing for the respondents, the petitioner has given a statement on 09.04.2026 that he would approach the competent Court to resolve the issue. Relying upon the same, the complaint has been closed on 09.04.2026.

3. In view of the closure of the complaint based upon the statement of the petitioner, no further orders are called for in this petition.
