The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus restraining the first respondent from interfering with the civil dispute in respect of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.176/11 situated at Appadurai Village, Mela Valadi Majara, Lalgudi Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that there is no petition or complaint pending against the petitioner before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police and that the police also will not interfere in any civil dispute provided there is no commission of any cognizable offence.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
