Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.A.PUNITHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.SURI, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent and MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 2nd respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent/A2, in Crl.O.P (MD)No.3041 of 2021, dated 03.03.2021, on the file of this Court. 2.The petitioner has filed the present petition on the ground that after granting anticipatory bail, the first respondent/A2 has threatened the petitioner.

3.On perusal of the records it shows that though the petitioner lodged an online complaint, he failed to prefer any complaint before the concerned jurisdictional police. That apart now the investigation has been completed in Crime No.96 of 2021 and also filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.128 of 2022 before the learned I Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli and its pending for trial. Therefore, this Court finds no merits to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the first respondent/A2.
