ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners and his family members in guise of enquiry ina pending civil suit in O.S.No.39 of 2021 and withdraw the same on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Manamadurai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 07.02.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
