This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the respondents to expedite the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2021 dated 09.02.2021 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.3 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, which was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report is ready and yet to be filed before the concerned Court. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to file the final report before the concerned Court after completing the formalities if any, within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
