The petitioners have approached this Court to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent.

2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submits that a complaint has been lodged by the fourth respondent before the Superintendent of Police and the same was forwarded to the respondent police, based on which, a petition enquiry in G5/2088/E-7690576/2024 has been conducted on 17.06.2024 and it was closed 08.07.2024, as the issue between the parties is civil dispute.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
